Your signature
Your signature will appear here.
Start with your name or any contact detail.Use rich HTML for a formatted desktop signature, or plain text for mobile apps. If rich copy is blocked, we try plain text instead. Choose your email app below for setup steps.
Add it to your email app.
Choose your app below. Desktop and phone settings can differ. Send yourself a test email and check the layout, links and replies before using your signature with customers.

- Paste your details. Choose Per Account if you need different signatures for different email accounts.
Gmail on a phone or tablet
Use Copy plain text for a separate mobile signature. The setting differs between Android and iPhone; follow the matching guide and check each email account. Do not assume your desktop layout will appear in the mobile app.
Gmail on Android Gmail on iPhone and iPadSome mobile apps strip colours, spacing or links. This builder uses simple tables and inline styles, but no signature can control every email client. Keep the copy short, test on desktop and mobile, and avoid images if you need the widest compatibility.

We measure signature exports and clicks to website options using the selected layout and export method—not your contact details or signature content.
