Name Ledgerby Tech Builders

We want everyone to be able to use Name Ledger.

We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across the public website, customer account and checkout journeys. This page explains what we have tested and what still needs work.

Current measures

  • Clear headings, labels, lists, buttons and form fields.
  • Visible keyboard focus and controls that are large enough to use.
  • Text descriptions for meaningful icons. Decorative icons are hidden from screen readers.
  • Results use words and symbols as well as colour.
  • The support window keeps keyboard focus in the right place, closes with Escape and announces new messages.
  • Pages and controls continue to work on narrow screens.

Verification status

Paid services are live. On 1 September 2026, we completed automated checks, production-build checks and responsive reviews across desktop and narrow mobile layouts.

Dedicated manual testing with VoiceOver and Safari, NVDA and Chrome, keyboard-only navigation, 200–400% zoom and high-contrast settings is still in progress. We do not claim full WCAG conformance until that work and any fixes are complete.

Known limitations

Some third-party sign-in and payment screens have their own accessibility behaviour. If one of those screens stops you completing a task, contact us and we will provide reasonable help or another way to continue where possible.
